Donnie K. Lynn, 86, of Jesup, Ga. died Thursday, March 6, 2025 under the care of Affinis Hospice. The Liberty County native had lived all of her life in Wayne County was an active member of Jesup Church of God serving as Sunday School teacher, ladies ministry team and greeter.  The homemaker loved to take care of her family, crafting with a special interest in dolls and adored animals, wild and domestic.  She is predeceased by her husband, Harry Elton Lynn, Sr.; parents, Leroy and Claudia Louise Foster and several siblings.

Survivors are a daughter, Marliese (J.R.) Tankersley of Jesup; two sons, H. Elton, Jr,(Peggy) Lynn and Michael (Teresa) Lynn both of Jesup; 11 grandchildren, Sheree (Patrick) Markel, Lucinda Lee, Rachel (Chad) Brooker, Michael Anthony Lynn, Miranda (Ray) Boyles, Michael Alan (Dawn) Elliott, Caleb (Sam) Lynn, Sonya Gill, Polly (Dustin) Thornton, Brent (Leanne) Messer and Courtney (Tommy) Sellers; several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; two brothers, Larry and Joe Foster; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2 PM Sunday, March 9, 2025 at Jesup Church of God with Pastor Scott Hatten and Rev. Matt Denison officiating. Interment will follow in the Union Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Michael Alan Elliott, Dustin Thornton, Patrick Markel, Sonya Gill, Caleb Lynn and Andy Westberry. Honorary pallbearers will be staff of Affinis Hospice.

Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church.
