Donald E. Rogers, 78, of Jesup, Ga. passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2023.  The Duval County, Fla. native had lived in Wayne County most of his adult life, was a U.S. Coast Guard Veteran and a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.  His working career entailed construction, machinery maintenance and handyman in many areas.

Survivors are his wife of 26 years, Sharon Steverson Rogers of Jesup; stepchildren, Angie (Mike) Hester and Curtis (Amy) Steverson, both of Jesup; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

His celebration of life service will be held with his church family on Sunday, May 28, 2023 at Fellowship Baptist Church with Pastor Timmy McBee officiating.
