Charlie "Uncle Bubba" W. Rowe, 72, of Riceboro, Ga. died Sunday, March 30, 2025. The McIntosh County native as a member of Youngs Island Church of God and was the owner of Rowe's Land Clearing for over 40 years. He enjoyed fishing and playing his guitar with his family. He was predeceased by his parents, Charlie and Alberta Rowe, a sister, Mollie Jane Rowe, and a brother, Fred Rowe.

Survivors are his wife of 25 years, Frances Willis Rowe of Riceboro, Ga.; a daughter, Angie (Joey) Mobbs of Townsend, Ga.; a son, Charlie A. (Ashley) Rowe of Townsend; grandchildren, Charlie W. (C.J.) Rowe, Keith, Anthony, and Katrina Mobbs;  sisters, Margaret (Tom) Boings of North Carolina and Edna (Ed) Bowens ` of Millen, Ga. 3 brothers, Tom (Connie) Rowe,  Ray Rowe, and Hank Rowe; and 2 great grandchildren, Anthony, Jr. and Lelia; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 2, 2025 from Townsend Church of God with Pastor Danny Stillwell and Rev. Bruce Miller officiating. Interment will follow in Youngs Island Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Rusty  Moody, Glenn Townsend, Ben Townsend, Rick Evans, Sam Clark, Rusty Lamb, Zachary Workmaster, and Billy Jack Cauley.

Family will receive friends from 10-11:00 a.m.  prior to services at the church.
