Charles "Mann" Harvey, 81, of Odum, Ga. died Wednesday, May 24, 2023. The Wayne County native was a Christian and attended Piney Grove School and graduated from Odum High School. Mann held many jobs including auto sales, vinyl tops and always enjoyed his "gift of gab" with many family and friends. Shrimping and fishing were favorite past times as well as old Westerns but he greatly enjoyed being "Pop-Pop" to his grands. He was predeceased by his wife, Sylvia Tyre Harvey; mother, Willie Mae Warren Harvey; father, William Jasper Harvey; brother, Warren Harvey.

Survivors are a daughter, Leisha (David) Martin of Odum; 3 sons, Michael (Terri) Harvey of Odum, Randy Harvey of Jesup, and Joey Harvey of Athens, Ga.; grandchildren, Zach and Josh Martin, Chasity and Garrett Harvey, Jarrett, Jainey, Jacen and Jenna Harvey; great grandchildren, Bella, Bubba and Leo; sisters, Iris Scott and Emily Lacy both of Orlando, Fl.; extended family Donna Todd of Jacksonville, Fl. and Robbie Todd of Odum.

Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m., Friday, May 26, 2023 from Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. R.M. Warren and Rev. Jimmy Lord officiating. Interment will follow in Piney Grove Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be family and friends.

Family will receive friends from 2:00-3:00 p.m. prior to the services at the funeral home.
