Charles V. Bunton, 77, of Jesup, Ga. died Wednesday, December 21, 2022. The South Carolina native had lived in Wayne County most of his life and was an upholsterer and enjoyed tinkering and repairing.

Survivors are his wife of 58 years, Treva B. Bunton of Jesup; son and daughter in law, Edwin and Jana Bunton of Newnan, Ga., a brother, Windell (Bernadette) Bunton of Charleston, South Carolina; grandchildren, Taylor (Tyler) McClain, Rylee Bunton and husband, Gable Marynell, Drake and Ty Bunton; great grandchildren, Kinley and Violet McClain.

Memorial services are being held by his family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of South Georgia Building Fund, 1625 Sunset Blvd, Jesup, GA. 31545.
