Jesup, Ga.

Cecil Thomas Holland, 82, of Jesup, died Friday, June 29, 2018, after an extended illness.  The Kentucky native lived in Wayne County most of his adult life and was a member of Gardi Baptist Church.  He was a U. S. Army Veteran and owned an automotive repair shop for many years and was known to fix everything that had a motor.  He was predeceased by his wife, Brenda Harrison Holland; sons, Tommy Holland and Pat Allen.

Survivors are his step-daughter, April Walker and step-son, Mike Allen of Brunswick; grandchildren, Thomas Holland and Sarah Holland of Jesup; sisters, Nancy Himes of Odum, Elizabeth Abbott of Jesup, and Cecilia Carroll of Orlando, Florida; brother, Bill Holland of Winchester, Kentucky.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 3, 2018, at Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Randy Pruitt officiating.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 prior to service at the funeral home.

Private interment service will follow in the Gardi Cemetery.
