Carolyn Surrency Sebring, 91, of Jesup, Ga. died Friday, April 15, 2022. The Wayne County native was a member of New Hope Freewill Baptist Church and was a longtime employee with Allied Chemical in Brunswick. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and being with her family. Glenn H. Sebring, her husband preceded her in death along with her daughter, Patricia "Pat" Hodge Ogden, and her parents, Eddie and Hattie Surrency.

Survivors are a daughter, Judy (Keith) Davis of Jesup; 5 grandchildren, Jeff, Shaun and Lindsay Ogden, Michael Kersey and Shannon Lastinger; 6 great grandchildren, Taylor, Jesse, Marlie, Shaun, Tyler, Sammie, and Brody; a son-in-law, Wyman Ogden, several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at New Hope Freewill Baptist Church with Pastor Tim Horne officiating. Interment will follow in the Pinecrest Memorial Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be her family. Honorary pallbearers will be members of  the Senior Adult Sunday School Class of New Hope Freewill Baptist Church.

Family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior to the services.
