Carol Flowers Medders, 74, of Jesup, Ga. died Saturday, January 27, 2024 under the care of Hospice of South Georgia. The Wayne County native was a member of Jesup Church of God of Prophecy. She was homemaker and enjoyed cooking. She was predeceased by her parents, Downing and Vera Lane Flowers.

Survivors are her husband of 58 years, Theron Medders of Jesup; a son, James (Naomi) Medders, Jr. of Jesup; two grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and several cousins.

Graveside funeral services will be held 3:00 p.m., Monday, January 29, 2024 from Little Creek Cemetery with Rev. Harold Hand officiating.

Family will receive friends from 1:30-2:30 p.m. from the Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home
