Carol D. Hamlin, 94, of Jesup passed away, Sunday, August 9, 2026. The Akron, OH native was a homemaker, loved sudoku, watch movies, and squirrels, birds and her kitty. She formerly attended Bethlehem Baptist Church and was predeceased by her husband, Donald Hamlin, 2 daughters, Paula Wilder and Shelley Stancombe, a son, Donnie Hamlin and a brother, Max Dersewweh.

Survivors are a daughter, Dona Bunch of Sylvania, a son, James Hamlin of Apopka, FL, sister, Lillian Wilson of Anaheim, CA, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

No services will be held at this time.
