Carol Morgan Blanton, 63, passed away peacefully on February 23, 2026 at her home in Jesup, Georgia. Born in Charleston, SC to Theron Roy Sr. and Faye Morgan was one of eight children; 4 brothers and 3 sisters. Carol is remembered for her dedication to work, family, and friends and enjoyed shrimping in her free time.  She loved her time spent with her husband and children and being a pillar for reliability. Carol will be warmly remembered as am employee with Wayne Drug for over 23 years.  Since her cervical cancer diagnosis in 2024, Carol has faced unimaginable hardships, from chemo and radiation. She will live on in her husband and their children. Carol is at peace with her parents in heaven.

Survivors are her husband Elbie Ray Blanton, son Cory Blanton of Hinesville, and daughter Rachael Blanton of Titusville, Fl.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 25, 2026 from Jesup City Cemetery with Rev. Dale Bange officiating.

Family will receive friends at the cemetery.
