Audrey Woods Morgan, 76, of Jesup, Ga. passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at Coastal Manor Nursing Home in Ludowici under the care of Georgia Hospice Care.  The Wayne County native loved Jesus, her family and was a devoted homemaker.  She also had a career as a photographer with the Press Sentinel Newspaper and retired as an office manager with Home Health Agency.  Her hobbies included sewing, flower gardening, reading and doting on her beloved dog, Sophie.  She could also be seen at several thrift stores shopping for clothes.  Her parents, Elmer and Genevieve Woods preceded her in death along with her siblings, Doug (Letha) Woods and Robbie (Freddie) Woods.

Survivors are two sons, Chris (April) Morgan and Keith (Clarissa) Morgan, both of Jesup; sister, Jan (Jimmy) Tootle of Jesup; grandchildren, Kara (Payton) Phillips, Sawyer, Sailor, Adeline and Noah Morgan; great grandson, Landon Phillips; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2 PM Thursday, July 18, 2024 at Rinehart Chapel with Rev. Calvin Anderson officiating. Interment will follow in the George Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Cliff Woods, Donnell Woods, David Woods, Chad Evors, John Evors, Sawyer Morgan, Noah Morgan and Jay Tootle.

Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
