Archie Teston, 70 of Jesup died Tuesday, December 24, 2019. The Wayne County native and member of Midway Baptist Church was a retired roofer with Teston Roofing Company and Coastal Roofing Company.  He liked to watch Westerns, cheer on the NASCAR racers, hunt and fish.  He was predeceased by his parents, Johnie and Laura Teston; 4 sisters, Elizabeth Cozzilino, Helen Love, Bobby Sloan and Dorothy Leggett; two brothers, John and Madison Teston.

Survivors are 3 daughters, Joanie (Dewayne) Hutcheson of Odum, Stephanie (William) Friese of Jesup and Amy (Clint) Mallard of Gardi and their mother, Geraldine Teston of Jesup; 4 grandsons, Zachary and Zerek Friese, Samuel Hutcheson and Collin Mallard; two sisters, Ann O'Quinn of Jesup and Eloise Adcock of Kingsland; a brother, Alfred (Cathy) Teston of Brunswick; several nieces and nephews.

Graveside funeral services will be 2 PM Friday, December 27, 2019 at George Cemetery with Rev. Jimmy Davis officiating.

The family will receive friends at the cemetery.
