Annette Griffis Woods, 82, of Jesup, died Monday, August 4, 2025.  Born in Jesup, GA, she was a member of Crossroads Church of God, and is so well known for her 38 years of waiting on her community at the K-Mart shopping center.  Her warm, helpful personality was so appreciated and welcomed. Annette was a volunteer with Wayne Memorial for 16 years and was a great contributor to her hometown. She was predeceased by her parents, Barney and Annie Griffis, siblings, Bernice, Jessie Mae, Cecil, Herchell, Louis and Frank.

Survivors are her son, Michael Willie Woods of Jesup and so many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Celebration of life services will be held 10 AM, Thursday, August 7, 2025 at Pinecrest Memorial Cemetery with Pastor Brandon Stone officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be her much loved Sunday School Class of Crossroads Church of God.

Family will receive friends at the services on Thursday at the cemetery.

The Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home of Jesup is in charge of the arrangements.
