Aaron Martin Putnam, 37, passed away on August 3rd, 2022. Aaron resided in Jesup at the time of his passing, but was a free spirit who called many places home. Aaron was an avid drummer, and was known for his love of music, art, and cooking. Aaron had an outgoing personality, never met a stranger, and made friends laugh everywhere he went. He had a huge heart that was filled with love for his daughter, friends, and family. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Ken and Caroline Putnam of Vidalia GA, and his grandfather, Larry Shiver of East Point Fla.

Survivors are his daughter, Alexis Putnam and her mother, Janet Ivey of Kentucky; his mother, Angela Shiver Horne and stepfather, William Horne of Jesup; his father Charlie Putnam of Cleveland, Ga.; two brothers, Michael Putnam of Rock Springs Ga., and Kevin (Krystal) Brigman of Odum; grandparents, Joanne and Purvis Varnadore of Bickley Ga., and grandmother, Jessie Paul of Swainsboro, Ga.; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and nieces.

A celebration of his life will be held at Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home on Saturday, August 6th at 2pm.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.

Interment will be private.
