Jessie Mae McMillian O’Quinn, 85 of Odum, Ga. and Miami, Fla. died Friday, February 1, 2013 after an extended illness. The Wayne County, Ga. native had lived most of her adult life in Miami, Fla. and was a homemaker and a Baptist. She was the widow of Dr. Joe Browder O’Quinn.

Survivors are 3 daughters and a son-in-law, Joyce Catarineau of Miami, Fla., Pamela O’Quinn, Bridget and Jamie Peters, both of St. Augustine, Fla.; a son and daughter-in-law, Joe, Jr. and Heather Browder O’Quinn, of San Diego, Calif.; 6 grandchildren, Joe Catarineau, Jason Catarineau, Kaitlyn Peters Santillana, Brett Peters and Joe Browder O’Quinn, III, Elizabeth O’Quinn; 4 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Graveside funeral services will be 2 P.M. Monday, February 4, 2013 at Odum City Cemetery with her nephew, Rev. John Evans Patten and great nephew, Rev. Chad O’Quinn officiating. Active pallbearers will be her family.
