Edward C. Williams, Jr. 36 of Jesup, Ga. and Brantley County, Ga. died Friday, March 23, 2012 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Highway 110 in Brantley County, Ga. He was an industrial welder and was predeceased by his mother, Johnnie Vickie Westberry Williams.
Survivors are his sons, Tyler and Xavier Williams, both of Brunswick, Ga.; 2 half-daughters, Ariel Peters and Kayla Peters, both of Brunswick, Ga.; a father and step-mother, Edward C., Sr. and Nancy Williams, of Jesup, Ga.; 5 half-sisters, Mary Marsh, Kimberly Moore, Danielle Bergfeld, all of Jesup, Ga., Angel Williams of Atlanta, Ga.. Crystal Ertel of Dade City, Fla.; 1 brother, Thomas John “T.J.” Woodrow Williams of Jesup, Ga.; 4 half-brothers, Garth Binkley and Dustin Ertel, both of Jesup, Ga.; Daniel Bergfeld of St. Petersburg, Fla., Hank Ruben Williams of Little Rock, Ark.; and 2 half-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be 11 A.M. Monday, March 26, 2012 at Spring Grove Freewill Baptist Church with Bishop James Griffin officiating. Private interment services will be held by the family.
Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home of Jesup, Ga. is in charge of arrangements
